Three suspects were yesterday separately arraigned in court over the murder of Venezuela's top diplomat in Kenya Olga Fonseca last week. Police produced the embassy's first secretary, Dwight Saragay- who is being treated as the main suspect- at the Milimani high court, although no charges were preferred against him, as police were still finalizing the case against him. And at the Milimani Chief Magistrate's court, two guards at the Venezuelan embassy Eliud Kimutai letting and Bernard Owino Otieno were charged with failing to prevent a felony.
