The court file for the case challenging the retrenchment of Kenya Airways workers has allegedly gone missing. The firm's laid-off workers appeared in court and they say they were told that the file went missing. The laid off workers demonstrated in the streets of Nairobi's Central Business District demanding the removal of KQ's Chief Executive Titus Naikuni from office. This was right after Transport PS Dr.Cyrus Njiru appeared before the Parliamentary Committee on Labour and Social Welfare.
