Drama ensued earlier today as areas in and around Kisekka market were choked by tear-gas after a fracas ensued. The chaos began as Police tried to arrest FDC President, Dr. Kizza Besigye at the beginning of their campaign tagged 'walk to freedom'. Besigye was taken to central police station where he recorded a statement before he was detained at Kasangati Police Post.
