Now with just a few months to the next General Election, former UN Chief Kofi Annan is calling for a speeding up for remaining reforms in the country. Annan who is accompanied by former Tanzanian president Benjamin Mkapa says he is here to show solidarity with Kenyans ahead of that historic vote. Harith Salim now reports on the mixed bag of fortunes that is the reform agenda.
