Preliminary investigations by bomb experts and anti-terror police probing last night's twin explosions in Nairobi's Eastleigh estate indicate that the attackers used Improvised Explosive Devices- IEDs. The 8pm attack left three police officers injured among them the officer commanding Pangani police station.
