Rwanda Admitted to UN Security Council

Rwanda is one of five new members elected to the UN Security Council, despite being accused in a UN report of arming rebels in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Rwandan government denies the allegations and says its presence on the council will help lead to a solution in the region.
