President Mwai Kibaki has issued a stern warning to the coast -based Mombasa Republican Council, which has been advocating for secession of the region. In His Mashujaa Day (Heroes' Day) speech, the Head Of State said quote and quote, "Kenya is one unitary state" adding that both history and the country's constitution bore testament to that fact.
