International Criminal Court prosecutor Fatou Bensouda met with President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga during her visit in Kenya.

Bensouda has expressed concerns that the government has delayed submitting key information in the trial against four Kenyans accused of crimes against humanity in the 2007-2008 post-election violence.

Kibaki pledged that Kenya would hold peaceful elections in March 2013.
