The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission is warning that if the 15,000 Biometric Voter Registration kits are not delivered within ten days, then it cannot guarantee that the process leading up to the March 4th 2013 General Election will remain on course. IEBC chairman Ahmed Issack Hassan says if the voter registration exercise is not held next month, then there will be serious consequences on next year's General Election, blaming bureaucracy in government for the situation the country now finds itself in.
