Uganda Threatens to Back out of DRC Talks and M23 Rebels

Uganda says it will stop mediating in the conflict between the Democratic Republic of Congo and M23 rebels if the U.N. Security Council endorses accusations in a leaked report that Uganda is supporting the rebels. According to sources in the internal affairs ministry, it has been a busy day as officials begin consultations on Uganda's role in the ongoing Congo crisis. Solomon Serwanjja has the details.
