Congo: M23 Rebels Wants to Hold Talks with Government

We cross the border now to the DRC where a senior commander of the M23 rebels says their troops are awaiting the outcome of mediation efforts led by President Museveni to resolve the eastern DRC crisis. Failure to this, they say, they will resume fighting. The commander - Brigadier General Sultani Makenga was speaking at one of the rebel held territories in eastern DRC.
