The Justice Kalpana Rawal led commission that is probing the Ngong chopper crash that killed the then Internal Security Prof George Saitoti, his assistant Orwa Ojode and four other government officials was forced to adjourn its sittings early when some of the lawyers complained that the Eurocopter team was sneaking in documents as evidence without alerting the lawyers. This as Eurocopter CEO Fabrice Cagnat took the witness stand. Michael Njenga has the details.
