South Africa's President Criticised Over New Town

South African President Jacob Zuma is being criticised over plans to build a new town only three kilometres from his family home. The ambitious project would be the first town built since the end of apartheid. But, with half of the $250m cost coming from taxpayers coffers, many say the president is putting his personal interests before those of the country.
