Internal Security Minister Katoo Ole Metito has once again extended an amnesty to armed groups in the coast region to surrender their arms to government. The minister says the government will not relent in its quest to restore normalcy in the area following the Tana River clashes that claimed the lives of more than 100 Kenyans.
