Ugandan Police Move to Freeze Ghost Pensioner Assets

Police are moving to freeze the assets of nine officials involved in the pension scam. The police say the officials from the ministry of public service conspired with others to pay over 63 billion shillings into 1,018 ghost bank accounts.
