A new opinion poll out today suggests that a majority of Kenyans have confidence that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission is prepared to conduct the March 2013 General Election. According to the poll by Infotrack 77% of Kenyans think the IEBC is prepared while 76 % say they trust the commission will conduct free and fair elections. The survey also paints a picture of different scenarios for Presidential candidates and their running mates suggesting that the country may not go for a runoff after all.
