The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Okello Oryem is expressing optimism that Uganda will continue with the peacekeeping mission in Somalia. This follows the return of a Ugandan delegation from the UN headquarters in New York. The minister commended the delegation which presented Uganda's position over claims in a UN report of support to DR Congo's M23 rebels.
