Kenya: KQ Denies Creating Two Offshore Companies Fraudulently

National carrier kenya airways has refuted reports that it fraudulently created two off shore companies to enable it purchase refurbished aircraft from Brazilian aircraft manufacturer embraer. The airline says the two companies samburu limited and amboseli limited are special purpose vehicles creates by its financiers standard charted bank and african export import ban afriexim to safe guard their interest until the airline can fully repay the loan used to acquire the aircraft.
