Uganda Prime Minister Involved in a Financial Scam

The former Principal Accountant in the Treasury Services Department has disclosed that the financial scam in the Office of the Prime Minister was a well organized racket of Officials in Government Agencies that mislead her and other colleagues into committing Accounting blunders. The official, Bright Atwine made the disclosure while appearing before Parliament's Public Accounts Committee alongside three other officials who were accused of playing a role in defrauding Government of 20 billion shillings last year.
