Voter Registration to Begin on November 19 in Kenya

The registration of voters is now finally set to begin next Monday. The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission says the exercise will run for thirty days including weekends. The IEBC is targeting to register at least 18 million voters. The commission, which has 15,000 registration kits against 25,000 registration centers, insists that the kits are sufficient.
