Two days after the launch of the historic Biometric Voter Registration a section of voters and leaders are worried. Reports show that several people have been turned away for failure to meet stringent registration requirements, such as a dress code when taking the passport photo for registration. The issues has prompted members of parliament to demand a ministerial statement from Justice Minister Eugene Wamalwa on what IEBC laws say about the dress code.
