No Vote on Uganda's Oil Bill

Members of Parliament today failed to vote on the oil bill, after opposition Mps and some NRM Mps opposed the voting and instead calling for further consultations.
Uproar in the House led to an early adjournment by the Speaker until tomorrow.
Today's session also saw members of the public and some sections of civil society attend in large numbers as Maurice Ochol reports.
