M23 Rebels Told to Pull Out of DR Congo's Goma

Heads of State from the Great Lakes region have asked the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo to resolve what they called the "Legitimate" grievances of the M23 rebels as a key step to bring peace to the North Kivu province. The declaration made at the 5th extraordinary summit of the Great Lakes region in Kampala also had the leaders ordering the M23 rebels to withdraw from Goma city within 2 days.
