The panel of Eminent African personalities Koffi Annan and Benjamin Mkapa have expressed concern over low turn out of eligible voters at the registration centres. The sentiments of the two were echoed by President Kibaki who called on Kenyans to register and vote next year if they want to see change in the next government. NTV's Mashirima Kapombe reports.
