M23 Rebels Return to Negotiating Table in DRC

The M23 rebels of eastern Democratic Republic of Congo today returned to the Peace Talks with the Congolese government seeking a lasting solution to the protracted conflict that has displaced thousands of people. The rebels boycotted the Kampala meeting yesterday but today returned to listen to the Congo Government's response to a string of allegations the rebels made against the Kinshasa administration.
