Security Council Demands CAR Rebels End Offensive

The United Nations Security Council is urging rebels in the Central African Republic to pull out of the territory they have captured, and a negotiator in regional peace efforts confirms that there have been accusations of the use of child soldiers on both sides. Andrew Simmons reports from Bangui.
