THE presidency has lashed back at the former Vice-President of the World Bank, Mrs Oby Ezekwesili over her insistence that the government of the late President Umaru Yar’Adua and that of President Goodluck Jonathan collectively squandered the sum of U.S.$67 billion from the country’s foreign exchange reserves within a period of five years, as it released foreign reserves for the period under consideration.
