SADC Member States Decline UN Framework for Peace in DRC

SADC member states have refused to sign a United Nations led framework for peace in the Eastern DRC. Pretoria says the region is pursuing its own efforts for peace in Goma.
The UN had to cancel the signing ceremony at the AU summit in Ethiopia.
