Kenya could join the league of Oil producers, after an announcement by Tullow Oil Company -- the firm undertaking the exploration - that Oil deposits in the Twiga South 1 field in Turkana are commercially viable. By commercial viability, this means that the Oil quality and quantity in the well can be sold at market rates plus there are enough stocks to run for a few years.
