Probably the last hurdle that was standing in the way of Jubilee Coalition presidential candidate Uhuru Kenyatta and his running mate William Ruto to contest in the March fourth election has been removed after the High Court ruled that it had no jurisdiction to hear the matter and therefore dismissed the case.
