Uganda is planning to use part of the expected windfall proceeds from the oil sector to further agricultural growth and development. Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi says that government's position is to maintain the growth momentum in the agricultural sector paying special attention to cash crops like coffee even after the start of oil production.
