The search for Kenya's Deputy Chief Justice entered the second day with the Judicial Service Commission interviewing Ambassador Raychelle Omamo and former FIDA Executive Director Joyce Majiwa, both of whom were of the opinion that the radical surgery in the Judiciary in 2003 was not well managed, arguing that some judges were condemned unheard.
