Kenya: Kibaki Orders Bomas of Kenya Sealed Off

President Mwai Kibaki has now declared the Bomas of Kenya a restricted area until March 4th, as the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission sets the stage for Election Day. The cultural complex that is being transformed into the National Tallying Centre, will be off limits to the general public to ensure the preparations kick off without a hitch.
