And as the candidates battled it out to win the hearts and minds of kenyans in the second presidential debate, the IEBC too is battling to ensure that all is well ahead of the big day on March 4th. The IEBC says voting will not be extended as proper mechanisms have been put in place to ensure that all those eligible to vote do so before closing time.
