The South African Human Rights Commission has received a complaint from the Afrikanerbond about what it believes to be an alleged racist remark by a cabinet minister. Lulu Xingwana, who is the Minister of Women, Children and People with Disabilities, lashed out at Afrikaner men during an interview with an Australian broadcaster.
