News coming in says that wanted Congolese Warlord Bosco Ntaganda has surrendered to the US Embassy in Kigali. Meanwhile in Kampala, the Ugandan mediator between the M23 rebels and the Democratic Republic of Congo, Defense Minister Crispus Kiyonga says peace talks will resume in a week.
