President Jacob Zuma spent Wednesday night locked in emergency talks with other African leaders in Chad. They are discussing what to do next in the Central African Republic. South Africa says it wants a decisive message sent that Africa will not tolerate the overthrow of governments by rebels but if that is the outcome, it means South Africa may soon be going to war.
