South Africa's President Jacob Zuma in CAR Discussions

President Jacob Zuma is meeting his central African counterparts to discuss conflict resolution in the Central African Republic (CAR). Already the ten-member state summit seems bogged down in acrimony. The summit hasn't started and has broken into pre-summit deliberations.


President Zuma jetted into Chad on Wednesday morning to meet the regional economic body, ECCAS. But already there appears to be disagreements about the summit agenda.
