NGOs Protest Suspension of Kony Manhunt

The United States government has offered a cash reward of 5 million US dollars - equivalent to 130 billion shillings for information leading to the capture of Uganda's warlord - Joseph Kony and his top Lord's Resistance Army aides. The reward comes hot on the heels of an announcement by the US government and the Uganda Peoples Defence Force to suspend their their two-year hunt for Kony in the jungles of the Central African Republic.
