Speaking at the inauguration of Kenya's fourth president, Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni praised Kenyan voters for demonstrating their rejection of what he called blackmail by the International Criminal Court after they voted for President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto, both of who face charges at the ICC.
