Anti-Corruption Agency to Probe IEBC's Procurement of Election Materials

The IEBC appears to be under siege almost literally with the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission now saying that it started its investigations into how the electoral body acquired its electronic devices before the elections. Reports have indicated that the procurement exercise had been flawed. This comes as more allegations of improprieties that took place during the awarding of tenders continue to crop up. NTV's Andrew Ochieng has the details.
