Independent political analyst Abdul Patel says there's a strong possibility that President Jacob Zuma will send the Protection of State Information Bill back to parliament to be re-worked. Patel believes the upcoming 2014 national election could prompt Zuma to withhold his signature. Opposition parties in Parliament are now threatening to take the fight to the Constitutional Court, if the bill is signed into law.
