The British Prime Minister, David Cameron, is about to host an international conference to help Somalia end more than 20 years of conflict. The country has been divided into a patchwork of self-governing regions, and many of them are hostile to the central government. Disputes over who has control of economic hubs is threatening to destabilise the country once more.
