President Uhuru Kenyatta has urged Kenyans in the diaspora to seek investment opportunities back home especially at the county level. President Kenyatta who was addressing Kenyans living in South Africa said the government is already in the process of developing a diaspora policy that will guide the government's engagement with Kenyans residing outside the country.
