Nigeria to Free Boko Haram Members

Several members of Boko Haram are to be released following a presidential order. It comes after a 24-hour curfew was relaxed in northeast Nigeria. The curfew was put in place to protect civilians, while Nigerian troops attack Boko Haram rebels.
