The NPA is confident the Oscar Pistorius trial get still get under way this year. Prosecutors are expected to ask for the case to be postponed until August when the para-olympian appears in the Pretoria Magistrates Court on Tuesday. He is charged with murdering his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. Meanwhile.......Police say they have no idea how photographs of the Pistorius crime scene were leaked to a foreign broadcaster. But they insist the bloody images are not part of the official crime scene album. While the SAPS has promised to investigate where the pictures came from, former investigator Hilton Botha says he believes a police official took the pictures on a cellphone - and sold them for a huge payout.
