The President's directive to waive maternity fees has been received with mixed feelings of delight and wariness. For some it is a blessing while for others skepticism abounds. A spot-check at several hospitals however shows that women have been receiving maternity services for free as mandated, however for some fear abounds that as is with free services, the quality will also reduce.
