Honeymoon murder accused Shrien Dewani has been dealt a huge blow in his attempt to avoid standing trial for his wife's murder. A London court has ruled that he is fit enough to be extradited to South Africa. Shrien's wife Anni was killed after a taxi she and her husband were travelling in was hijacked in the Gungulethu township in Cape Town. Earlier this month, lawyers for the South African Government and Dewani attended four days of hearings in which Dewani's medical condition was addressed.
