Time is running out at the peace talks in Kampala, Uganda, between the Democratic Republic of Congo government and the rebels of the M23 movement. The U.S. Special Envoy to the DRC, Senator Russ Feingold, recently visited the region to help drive the effort to bring peace to the country. Senator Feingold joins VOA's Vincent Makori live from the State Department to tell us more about the U.S. efforts.
