Digital Divide Data Kenya recruits motivated youth who are living in the slums of Nairobi and provides them with employment and university scholarships. Youth split their days between providing BPO services to clients globally and completing their education. By graduation they will not only have a degree but will be highly skilled and go on to hold positions that earn them more than four times the average regional wage.
